Gutti Winther mussels in the back of his car, next to Saksun Lake, on of his favorite spots. A famous Faroese chef with his own cooking show, Winther believes in using nature in his cooking. He prepares the mussels with fresh sorrel and Angelika which he has picked along the road on his way to the lake. Gutti travels with a burner and some basic cooking necessities in the back of his car so he doesn't have to go far to cook an amazing meal, with an amazing view.
